This program is built on a simple yet effective structure: each week, you’ll focus on a pair of workouts, rotating between them to build strength, consistency, and confidence.
Week 1: Workout A & B
Week 2: Workout C & D
…and so on, until Week 5.
You can repeat each week’s pair as many times as you like, while also giving yourself rest days as needed—listen to your body, progress at your pace, and keep it sustainable.
By the end, you’ll have completed 10 unique workouts, designed for all levels to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.
